Our Founder
Though she works for Sotheby’s International Realty, Caroline Parrish is a homebody at heart whose wanderlust is strongest in her hometown of Fort Worth.
She started her career in Accenture’s management consulting practice, where she specialized in strategic communications and change management. She leverages these skills to provide clients with a seamless process staging/selling houses, and buying/designing homes.
Caroline approaches every situation with attention to detail and an eye for design. She is trained to stage and market homes to maximize buyer interest, earning sellers top dollar in the process.
A designer at heart with a certificate from Parsons New School under her belt, she sees houses for what they can be and uses SketchUp to create 3D models to help buyers and sellers visualize a room’s potential before assembling crews to bring that potential to life.
