Neighborhood Spotlight: Westside Fort Worth
As a REALTOR® I’m often asked, “What are the best neighborhoods in Fort Worth?” The answer to that question varies depending on what you are looking for.
The Neighborhood Spotlight series highlights many different Fort Worth neighborhoods through the lens of people who live there, and sometimes, people who are selling homes there. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about any of the neighborhoods in this series, and let me know if you’d like to see your own Fort Worth neighborhood or real estate listing featured on the blog.
Adrianne Holland recently listed 5624 Pershing Avenue, which she describes as a “Westside Fort Worth gem with dreamy designer finishes.” I’ve toured this spectacular home in person, and the house itself certainly matches that description. But the cherry on top? It’s located in one of the most storied, vibrant, walkable neighborhoods in Fort Worth. You might have to see it to believe it, and you can at the open house this Sunday, 4/28, from 1-3pm. In the meantime, the seller perfectly sums up what it’s like to live in this very special home and neighborhood.

The location within the metroplex couldn't be more convenient from a larger scale. What is your favorite spot in the house? Why?
What we love about our floor plan is the way it flows so effortlessly. With this in mind, our interior designer, Susan Semmelmann, created a "conversation area" in the center of our home. It's a gorgeous and cozy seating area that is centrally located to our entry, kitchen, living room, and dining room making it the first place our friends and family love to cozy up when we're together! That spot has created memories for lifetime in this house!
