She is trained to stage and market homes to maximize buyer interest so her sellers can earn top dollar. Her unique skillset, combined with the globally-recognized brand power of Sotheby’s International Realty, have served her sellers well — she has a history of receiving multiple offers and getting listings under contract within a week of hitting the market. She credits this to her ability to leverage both her personal and the Sotheby’s networks, a little staging, and a lot of hustle.

With her unique position in the luxury market and her background in strategy and technology, Caroline takes a creative approach to house hunting. She started her career in Accenture’s Management Consulting practice and earned a Certificate in Digital Design from Parsons School of Design (The New School). Her technological background, combined with her deep-rooted connection with the local art community, equips her to help homeowners visualize what spaces can be and bring those ideas to life.
